Welcome to Zemeho\u2019s Privacy Policy<\/h5>\n

1. We\u2019re Zemeho Oy Ltd (Registration 2714719-2) of 23 Torikatu, 5thFloor, Oulu 90100, Finland (\u201cZemeho\u201d) and welcome to our privacy policy. This policy sets out how we handle your personal information if you\u2019re a Zemeho user or visitor to our Sites and Services. It applies across Zemeho Sites (the \u201cSites<\/b>\u201d) and Services (the \u201cServices<\/b>\u201d).
2. When we say \u2018we\u2019, \u2018us\u2019 or \u2018Zemeho\u2019 it\u2019s because that\u2019s who we are and we own and run the Sites and Services.
3. If we say \u2018policy\u2019 we\u2019re talking about this privacy policy. If we say \u2018user terms\u2019 we\u2019re talking about the rules for using each of the Sites and Services. The rules vary by product and each product makes them separately available and seeks consent to them separately to this policy.

The type of personal information we collect<\/strong>

4. We collect certain personal information about visitors and users of our Sites and Services.

The most common types of information we collect include things like: user-names, member names, email addresses, IP addresses, device type, other contact details, survey responses, blogs, photos, payment information such as payment agent details, transactional details, tax information, support queries, forum comments, content you direct us to make available on our Sites (such as item descriptions) and Services and web analytics data. We will also collect personal information from job applications (such as, your CV, the application form itself, cover letter and interview notes).

How we collect personal information<\/strong>

6. We collect personal information directly when you provide it to us, automatically as you navigate through the Sites and Services, or through other people when you use services (such as Valinta) associated with the Sites.
7. We collect your personal information when you provide it to us when your complete partner registration and provide items or services on our Sites, use Services indirectly associated with our Site through partners, subscribe to a newsletter, email list, submit feedback, enter a contest, fill out a survey, or send us a communication.

Personal information we collect about you from others<\/strong>

8. Although we generally collect personal information directly from you, on occasion, we also collect certain categories of personal information about you from other sources.
In particular:
\u2003 a. financial and\/or transaction details from payment providers located in the US, UK, and Finland in order to process a transaction;
\u2003 b. third party service providers (like Google, Facebook, Mailchimp) who are located in the US or UK, which may provide information about you when \u2003\u2003\u2003 you link, connect, or login to your account with the third-party provider and they send us information such as your registration and profile from that \u2003\u2003\u2003 service, this only occurs if you are using Sites. The information varies and is controlled by that service provider or as authorized by you via your \u2003\u2003\u2003 privacy settings at that service provider; and
\u2003 c. other third-party sources\/ and or partners globally, whereby we receive additional information about you (to the extent permitted by applicable law), \u2003\u2003 such as demographic data or device type, and combine it with information we have about you. For example, fraud warnings from service providers like \u2003\u2003 identity verification service. We also receive information about you and your experiences and interactions on and off our Services (such as with the \u2003\u2003 Valinta platform) through partnerships, or about your activities from our partner ad networks located in US, France and Netherlands. We also receive \u2003\u2003 information about you as a rights holder from our third-party authors. For example, information in the form of a model release when your image is \u2003\u2003\u2003used in an item made available on our Sites or Services.

How we use personal information<\/strong>

9. We will use your personal information:
\u2003 a. To fulfil a contract, or take steps linked to a contract: in particular, in facilitating and processing transactions that take place on the Sites, like where \u2003 you register with ValintaPlay.
\u2003 b. Where this is necessary for purposes which are in our, or third parties, legitimate interests. These interests include:
\u2003\u2003 i. operating the Sites and Services;
\u2003\u2003 ii. providing you with services described on the Sites and Services;
\u2003\u2003 iii. verifying your identity when you sign in to any of our Sites;
\u2003\u2003 iv. responding to support tickets, and helping facilitate the resolution of any disputes;
\u2003\u2003 v. updating you with operational news and information about our Sites and Services e.g. to notify you about changes to our Sites and Services,
\u2003\u2003\u2003 website disruptions or security updates;
\u2003\u2003 vi. carrying out technical analysis to determine how to improve the Sites and Services we provide;
\u2003\u2003 vii. monitoring activity on the Sites and Services, e.g. to identify potential fraudulent activity and to ensure compliance with the user terms that

\u2003\u2003 x. training Zemeho staff about how to best serve our user community;
\u2003\u2003 xi. improving our Sites and Services.
\u2003\u2003 xii. providing general administrative and performance functions and activities; and
\u2003\u2003 xiii. processing your job application to Zemeho.
\u2003 c. Where you give us consent:
\u2003\u2003 i. providing you with marketing information about Sites and Services which we feel may interest you; and
\u2003\u2003 ii. customising our Sites and Services, like advertising that appear in the Services \u2013 where this involves the use of cookies or similar technologies \u2013 in \u2003\u2003 order to provide a more personalised experience.
\u2003 d. For purposes which are required by law.
\u2003 e. For the purpose of responding to requests by government, a court of law, or law enforcement authorities conducting an investigation.

When we disclose your personal information<\/strong>

10.We will disclose personal information to the following recipients:
\u2003 a. company personnel that are in the Zemeho company which are located in Finland;
\u2003 b. partners (such as game and app companies) of any Services made available to you, so they can facilitate support, who may be located in any of the \u2003\u2003 countries our Services are available in;
\u2003 c. subcontractors and service providers who assist us in connection with the ways we use personal information (as set out above), in particular: website \u2003 hosting providers which are located in US and UK; technical and customer support services which are located in Denmark, Ukraine, Finland, Romania, UK \u2003 France and the US recruitment agencies which are located in Finland; advertising, marketing and analytics services which are located in the US, France
\u2003 and Netherlands; security and fraud prevention services which are located in the US; subscription management services which are located in the Finland;
\u2003 payment processing services which are located in the US, UK and Finland; identification verification services located in the US and Finland; and
\u2003 operational tooling services which are located in the Finland. Noting that our subcontractors and services providers may also transfer and access such
\u2003 information from other countries in which they have operations.
\u2003 d. our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, financial advisers etc.) which are located in Finland;
\u2003 e. regulators and government authorities in connection with our compliance procedures and obligations;
\u2003 f. a purchaser or prospective purchaser of all or part of our assets or our business, and their professional advisers, in connection with the purchase;
\u2003 g. a third party to respond to requests relating to a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity;
\u2003 h. a third party, in order to enforce or defend our rights, or to address financial or reputational risks;
\u2003 i. a rights holder in relation to an allegation of intellectual property infringement or any other infringement; and
\u2003 j. other recipients where we are authorised or required by law to do so.

Where we transfer and\/or store your personal information<\/strong>

11.We are based in Finland so your data will be processed in Finland. Some of the recipients we have described in section 10 above, and to whom we disclose your personal information, are based outside Finland in places like Denmark, US, UK, Ukraine, Poland and Romania. We do this on the basis of your consent to this policy. In order to protect your information, we take care where possible to work with subcontractors and service providers who we believe maintain an acceptable standard of data security compliance.

How we keep your personal information secure<\/strong>

12.We store personal information on secure servers that are managed by us and our service providers, and occasionally hard copy files that are kept in a secure location in Finland, Ireland and the US. Personal information that we store or transmit is protected by security and access controls, including username and password authentication, two\u0002factor authentication, and data encryption where appropriate.

How you can access your personal information<\/strong>

13.You can access some of the personal information that we collect about you by logging in to your account. You also have the right to make a request to access other personal information we hold about you and to request corrections of any errors in that data. You can also close the account you have with us for any of our Sites or delete the app using our Services at any time. To make an access or correction request, contact our privacy manager using the contact details at the end of this policy.

Marketing Choices regarding your personal information<\/strong>

14.Where we have your consent to do so (e.g. if you have subscribed to one of our e\u0002mail lists or have indicated that you are interested in receiving offers or information from us), we send you marketing communications by email about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. You can \u2018opt-out\u2019 of such communications if you would prefer not to receive them in the future by using the \u201cunsubscribe\u201d facility provided in the communication itself.
15.You also have choices about cookies, as described below. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject cookies some parts of our Sites may not work properly in your case.

19.Our Sites are not suitable for children under the age of 16 years, so if you are under 16 we ask that you do not use our Sites or give us your personal information. Information you make public or give to others<\/strong>

20.If you make your personal information available to other people, we can\u2019t control or accept responsibility for the way they will use or manage that data. There are lots of ways that you can find yourself providing information to other people, like when you post a public message on a forum thread, share information via social media, or make contact with another user (such as a third-party Author) whether via our Sites or directly via email. Before making your information publicly available or giving your information to anyone else, think carefully. If giving information to another user via our Sites, ask them how they will handle your information. If you\u2019re sharing information via another website, check the privacy policy for that site to understand its information management practices as this privacy policy will not apply.

How long we keep your personal information<\/strong>

21.We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you and others, and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your personal information or to provide you with the Zemeho services, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your Zemeho account. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information we will retain information from deleted accounts as necessary for our legitimate business interests, to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the terms of service and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When we need to update this policy<\/strong>

22.We will need to change this policy from time to time in order to make sure it stays up to date with the latest legal requirements and any changes to our privacy management practices.
23.When we do change the policy, we\u2019ll make sure to notify you about such changes, where required. A copy of the latest version of this policy will always be available on this page.
